8. Marketplace Orders (Etsy)

You may reach this service after purchasing a product from a shop on Etsy® that uses Printbird to deliver an editable, customizable version of that product. In that case, Printbird acts as the seller's service provider: the seller is responsible for the listing, pricing, and the underlying purchase on Etsy, and Printbird is responsible for the editor and the customization experience. Your fee on Etsy is for the customizable-editor capability, not for any plain digital download that Etsy itself provides.

Printbird is solely responsible for this application, its content, and any claims you or any other party may have relating to this application or your use of it. You acknowledge that this application is provided by Printbird and not by Etsy, and that Etsy makes no warranties whatsoever with respect to this application and has no liability to you arising out of or relating to this application or your use of it. Any questions, complaints, or claims regarding this application should be directed to Printbird, not to Etsy.

Printbird is an independent application.
